Return & Refund Policy

At Astro Vedic Lifestyle, we offer natural gemstones, customised jewelry, Vastu paintings, Rudraksha beads, bracelets, Yantras, and sacred items like Mahamrityunjay malas and spiritual products that are carefully selected and prepared. Since these products are natural, spiritual, and often handmade, each piece is unique and delicate in its own way. We request you to kindly read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

When Can You Return or Exchange?

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

Your product was damaged during delivery, or
You received the wrong product.

We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Important: Unboxing Video is Required

To request a return or exchange, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

The video must be recorded continuously in one single shot, without any pause or cuts.
It should clearly show the sealed package from all sides (360-degree view) before opening.
The video must capture the entire unboxing process and clearly show the product received.

The video proof is mandatory.
Without a proper continuous and complete unboxing video, we will not be able to process your return or exchange request.

Return Time Limit

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All original certificates must be included.
If the product or certificate is tampered with, we cannot accept the return.

After 7 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Authenticity Guarantee

We sell genuine natural gemstones.

If you doubt the authenticity, you can get it tested at a Government-approved or internationally reputed gemological institute.

If the gemstone is proven to be synthetic or artificial, you are eligible for:

Shipping Charges

Return courier charges must be paid by you.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

We will inspect the product once received.
You will receive an email confirming approval.
Refund will be processed within 10–12 working days.

For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Refunds can only be sent to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

We may ask for bank details to process the refund.
Refund will only be sent to the original customer.
For orders above ₹2,00,000, PAN details may be required.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
